On 4 March 2008, the author submits that the State party did not take any measures to give effect to the Committee's Views.

11-5 وبعد النظر بتمعن في فحوى حجج كل من الطرفين نرى أن مقدمات البلاغ أكدن بصفة رئيسية أن الدولة الطرف لم تتخذ التدابير الواجبة للقضاء على التمييز ضد المرأة في جميع المسائل المتعلقة بالزواج والعلاقات الأسرية.
