In accordance with article 20, paragraph 1, of the Convention and rule 82 of its rules of procedure, the Committee decided to invite the State party to cooperate in the examination of such information, a copy of which was sent to the State party on 5 April 2007, and to submit its observations in that regard to the Committee by 30 April 2007.
