3. Decides, in this regard, to amend article 7, paragraph 2, of the Pension Scheme Regulations for the members of the International Court of Justice to read as follows:

79. At its twenty-eighth session, the Tribunal amended the Pension Scheme Regulations for its members (SPLOS/47, annex).
79 - وعدلت المحكمة، في دورتها الثامنة والعشرين، نظام خطة المعاشات التقاعدية لأعضائها SPLOS/47)، المرفق).

Based on the recommendation of the Advisory Committee, the Assembly, in its resolution 58/264 of 23 December 2003, decided to amend article 1 of the Pension Scheme Regulations for the members of ICJ.
