In June 2006, the Standing Committee adopted a decision encouraging UNHCR to pursue its efforts to meet acceptable standards related to the nutrition and health status of refugees and calling for the inclusion of all persons of concern to the Office in relevant national, regional and international initiatives, notably the Ending Child Hunger and Undernutrition Initiative (ECHUI).
