The States Parties to the present Protocol undertake to publish and disseminate the annual reports of the national preventive mechanisms.
تتعهد الدول الأطراف في هذا البروتوكول بنشر وتوزيع التقارير السنوية الصادرة عن الآليات الوقائية الوطنية.

The provisions of the present Protocol shall extend to all parts of federal States without any limitations or exceptions.
تسري أحكام هذا البروتوكول على الدول الاتحادية بجميع أجزائها دون أية قيود أو استثناءات.

The provisions of the present Protocol shall not affect the obligations of States Parties under any regional convention instituting a system of visits to places of detention.
لا تمسّ أحكام هذا البروتوكول التزامات الدول الأطراف بمقتضى أي اتفاقية إقليمية تنشئ نظاماً لزيارات أماكن الاحتجاز.

2. The Secretary-General of the United Nations shall transmit certified copies of the present Protocol to all States.

States Parties shall prohibit the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography as provided for by the present Protocol.
تحظر الدول الأطراف بيع الأطفال واستغلال الأطفال في البغاء وفي المواد الإباحية كما هو منصوص عليه في هذا البروتوكول.

The annexes to the present Protocol shall form an integral part of the Protocol.
تشكل المرفقات بهذا البروتوكول جزءاً لا يتجزأ من البروتوكول.

The Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish texts of the present Protocol shall be equally authentic.
