All the initiatives will be implemented under the leadership of the Government of Tokelau and in close partnership with United Nations agencies through the United Nations Development Assistance Framework and with the Council of Regional Organizations in the Pacific agencies through the United Nations/Council of Regional Organizations in the Pacific Integrated Strategic Plan for Tokelau (see para. 28, above).
