The Working Group requests the Government of the United States of America to remedy the situation of Mr. Mohammed Abdul Rahman Al-Shimrani and to bring it into conformity with applicable international human rights norms and standards as contained, inter alia, in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
