82. The Special Rapporteur reminds States of Commission on Human Rights resolution 1989/59, often reaffirmed, which recognizes “the right of everyone to have conscientious objections to military service as a legitimate exercise of the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion as laid down in article 18 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights as well as article 18 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights”.
٢٨- ويحرص المقرر الخاص على أن يذكﱢر الدول بقرار لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان ٩٨٩١/٩٥، الذي تأكد عدة مرات والذي يعترف فيه " بحق الجميع في إبداء استنكاف ضميري من الخدمة العسكرية كممارسة مشروعة للحق في حرية الفكر والوجدان والدين كما هو منصوص عليه في المادة ٨١ من اﻹعلان العالمي لحقوق اﻹنسان وكذلك في المادة ٨١ من العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية " .

The Committee strongly reaffirms the right of every child, in accordance with articles 28 and 29 of the Convention, to a quality education and reminds States parties and international development partners of their obligation to provide adequate resources to fulfil this right.
