2- وكان قرار اللجنة بالاضطلاع بالعمل في مجال قانون الائتمانات المضمونة قد اتخذ لتلبية الحاجة إلى نظام قانوني كفؤ يزيل العقبات القانونية التي تعترض سبيل الإئتمانات المضمونة ويكون له بالتالي تأثير مفيد على توافر وتكلفة الائتمانات.(2)

F. Security rights 14. Following a request by the Commission, the Secretariat has prepared a study discussing in detail selected problems in the field of secured credit law and the possible solutions for consideration by the Commission at its thirty-fourth session (A/CN.9/496).
14- بناء على طلب من اللجنة،(7) أعدت الأمانة دراسة تناقش بالتفصيل عددا من المشاكل المختارة في مجال قانون الائتمانات المضمونة والحلول الممكنة لها كي تناقشها اللجنة في دورتها الرابعة والثلاثين (A/CN.9/496).
