The Law on Social and Child Protection ( > > Official Gazette of the RoM < < , No. 48/92, Article 9) prescribes that families which have no income or if the income is below the limit defined are entitled to family allowance ( > > MOP < < ) provided that: they do not have any business premises, house/apartment, family house in towns or outskirts of towns that are bigger than prescribed size, agricultural land or forests bigger than prescribed.
