The existence of a corpus of international law is the result not only of the existence, in the Charter of the United Nations, of fundamental norms of coexistence between States, the customary law that they willingly respect and the agreements to which I also referred, but also of a series of measures and arrangements for overcoming disputes that are a kind of sub-product of international relations.
