(ii) To endeavour to ensure that the disposal of substances listed in annex I is carried out domestically, taking into account pertinent environmental considerations;

`٣` ضمان أن تتم حركة المواد المدرجة في المرفق اﻷول عبر الحدود بطريقة سليمة بيئياً، مع مراعاة النظم دون اﻹقليمية واﻹقليمية والعالمية السارية التي تنظم حركة النفايات الخطرة عبر الحدود، وبخاصة اتفاقية بازل المتعلقة بمراقبة حركة النفايات الخطرة عبر الحدود وبالتخلص منها؛

(c) To restrict the substances listed in annex II to the uses described, in accordance with the implementation requirements specified therein.
)ج( قصر المواد المدرجة في المرفق الثاني على الاستخدامات المبينة، وفقاً لاشتراطات التنفيذ المحددة فيه.

" Mercury and mercury compounds " means the substances listed in annex B;
(ﻫ) " الزئبق ومركّبات الزئبق " يعني المواد المدرجة في المرفق باء؛

(b) (i) To ensure that, when the substances listed in annex I are destroyed or disposed of, such destruction or disposal is undertaken in an environmentally sound manner, taking into account relevant subregional, regional and global regimes governing the management of hazardous wastes and their disposal, in particular the Basel Convention on the Control of Transboundary Movements of Hazardous Wastes and their Disposal;
)ب( `١` التأكد من أنه عندما تدمر المواد المدرجة في المرفق اﻷول أو يتم التخلص منها، يجري هذا التدمير أو التخلص بطريقة سليمة بيئياً، مع مراعاة النظم دون اﻹقليمية واﻹقليمية والعالمية التي تنظم تصريف النفايات الخطرة والتخلص منها، وبخاصة اتفاقية بازل المتعلقة بمراقبة حركة النفايات الخطرة عبر الحدود وبالتخلص منها؛
