The provisions of the said Law have been incorporated into the Defence Code (articles L. 2342-1 to L. 2342-84).

The revised provisions of the said Law have been incorporated into the Defence Code (articles L. 1333-1 to L. 1333-13).

1. The physical protection of facilities exhibiting a proliferation risk is governed in France by articles L. 1332-1 to L. 1332-7 of the Defence Code.
1 - الحماية المادية للمنشآت التي تنطوي على خطر يهدد بانتشار الأسلحة تنظمها في فرنسا المواد من L1332-1 إلى 7 من قانون الدفاع.

" Measures taken in respect of persons on board are regulated by the first part, book V, title II, sole chapter, section 3 of the Defence Code.

(5) The Committee notes with appreciation the signature of a memorandum by the Ministry of Defence to amend the Defence Code in order to ensure that all children under the age of 18 do not take part in hostilities, in accordance with article 1 of the Optional Protocol.

:: Inspections: Articles L. 2342-51 and L. 2342-52 of the Defence Code provide that the administrative authority may undertake, or have a qualified public establishment undertake, inquiries concerning chemicals listed in any of the three Schedules or defined organic chemicals.

The law provides for criminal penalties in the event of failure to comply with the legislative and regulatory provisions concerning exports of war materiel and related items (articles L 2339-2 et seq. of the Defence Code).
وينص القانون على عقوبات جنائية في حال تجاهل الأحكام التشريعية والتنظيمية المتعلقة بصادرات الأعتدة الحربية والمعدات المماثلة (المادة L 2339-2 وما يليها من قانون الدفاع).

The law provides for criminal penalties in cases of failure to comply with the legislative and regulatory provisions concerning the export of war materiel and related items (articles L 2339-2 et seq. of the Defence Code).
وينص القانون على عقوبات جنائية في حال تجاهل الأحكام التشريعية والتنظيمية المتعلقة بصادرات المعدات الحربية والمعدات المماثلة (المادة L.2335-2 وما يليها من قانون الدفاع).

The export from France of war materiel is strictly controlled on the basis, inter alia, of Decree-Law No. 18 of 18 April 1939 establishing regulations governing war materiel, arms and munitions, as well as the Defence Code (articles L.2335-2 and L.2335-3).
ويخضع تصدير المعدات الحربية انطلاقا من فرنسا لمراقبة صارمة بموجب المرسوم بقانون المؤرخ 18 نيسان/أبريل 1939 الذي يحدد بموجبه نظام المعدات الحربية والأسلحة والذخيرة وكذلك قانون الدفاع (المادتان L.2335-2 و L.2335-3).

51. Lastly, as to the impossibility of invoking any order to justify a crime of enforced disappearance, reference is made to the provisions of article 122-4 of the Criminal Code, article 28 of the Act of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants and article L.4122-1 of the Defence Code, which are cited above, in the observations related to article 1 of the Convention.

2 - ويخضع تصدير الأعتدة الحربية من فرنسا لمراقبة صارمة بموجب المادة L 2335-3 من قانون الدفاع (وهو نص ذو قيمة تشريعية) التي تنص على " حظر تصدير الأعتدة الحربية أو المعدات المماثلة دون ترخيص، أيا كان النظام الجمركي " .
