At its tenth session, the INCD adopted decision 10/3 which approved, with the exception of one paragraph, a text on the functions of the Global Mechanism and the criteria for selecting an institution to house it.
وقد اعتمدت لجنة التفاوض الحكومية الدولية، في دورتها العاشرة المقرر ٠١/٣ الذي وافقت فيه، باستثناء فقرة واحدة، على نص بشأن وظائف اﻵلية العالمية ومعايير اختيار مؤسسة ﻹيوائها.

(c) Identification of an organization to house the Global Mechanism: in accordance with its decision [9/6], the Group will have before it Annex 1 to Decision 9/6 in the report on the ninth session (document A/51/76/Add.1), containing the draft text on the functions of the Global Mechanism and the criteria for selecting an institution to house it for further consideration, particularly of its section A, paragraph 4.
