٨ - تطلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الرابعة والخمسين، على أساس المعلومات المذكورة في الفقرة ٧ أعلاه، باﻹضافة إلى المعلومات الجديدة المتوافرة عن أنشطة اﻷمم المتحدة، المتصلة بالتطوير التدريجي للقانون الدولي وتدوينه، تقريرا ختاميا عن تنفيذ البرنامج؛

To request the secretariat to prepare a synthesis report(s) of the information mentioned in paragraph 8 (a) and (b) above for consideration by the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice (SBSTA);
(ج) أن يُطلب إلى الأمانة إعداد تقرير توليفي (تقارير توليفية) بشأن المعلومات المذكورة في الفقرة 8(أ) و(ب) أعلاه لكي تنظر فيه (فيها) الهيئة الفرعية للمشورة العلمية والتكنولوجية؛

For the first year that the Party included in Annex I provides the information mentioned in paragraph 123 (a) above, conduct a desk or centralized review to assess whether each Party included in Annex I has submitted consistent, complete and timely information.
(ب) إجراء استعراض مكتبي أو مركزي، عن السنة الأولى التي يقدم فيها الطرف المدرج في المرفق الأول المعلومات المذكورة في الفقرة 123(أ) أعلاه، لتقييم ما إذا كان كل طرف مدرج في المرفق الأول قدم معلومات متسقة كاملة ملائمة من حيث التوقيت.
