24- وأعربت اللجنة الفرعية عن امتنانها لوفد اليابان لتنظيمه حدثاً علمياً وتقنياً على هامش الدورة الحالية للجنة الفرعية، تحت عنوان " الفضاء والتنمية: المساعدة الإنمائية التي تقدِّمها اليابان باستخدام البيانات الساتلية من أجل تحقيق التنمية المستدامة " .

10. The Working Group noted that all four expert groups had met on the margins of the current session of the Scientific and Technical Subcommittee and that the reports on the work they conducted following the workshop would be made available on the web page referred to above.

That is why we welcome the results of the Euro-Africa Conference on Migration and Development, held on 10 and 11 July 2006 in Rabat, the initiatives taken by the African Union to prepare a joint African policy on migration and the conclusions of the High-level Dialogue on International Migration and Development, held recently in New York at the margins of the current session.
