6. Requests the Secretary-General to take all necessary action to ensure that the Mission of Observers is administered with a maximum of efficiency and economy;
٦ - تطلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن يتخذ جميع اﻹجراءات اللازمة لضمان إدارة بعثة المراقبين بأقصى قدر من الكفاءة والاقتصاد؛

٤ - تحث سائر الدول اﻷعضاء على بذل كل جهد ممكن لكفالة دفع اشتراكاتها المقررة لبعثة المراقبين كاملة وفي حينها؛

4. Urges all other Member States to make every possible effort to ensure payment of their assessed contributions to the Mission of Observers in full and on time;
٤ - تحث سائر الدول اﻷعضاء على بذل كل جهد ممكن لكفالة دفع اشتراكاتها المقررة لبعثة المراقبين كاملة وفي حينه؛

8. Also requests the Secretary-General, in order to reduce the cost of employing General Service staff, to continue efforts to employ locally recruited staff for the Mission of Observers against General Service posts, commensurate with the operational and substantive requirements of the Mission;
٨ - تطلب أيضا إلى اﻷمين العام، بغية خفض تكاليف تعيين موظفي فئة الخدمات العامة، أن يواصل الجهود الرامية إلى تعيين الموظفين المعينين محليا ببعثة المراقبين في الوظائف من فئة الخدمات العامة، بما يتناسب مع الاحتياجات التشغيلية والفنية للبعثة؛
