4. The account balance of the former Fund participant in the Provident Fund shall be credited with the full amount of the payment made by the Pension Fund in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
4 - يسدد رصيد حساب المشترك السابق في صندوق المعاشات التعاقدية إلى صندوق الادخار بالقيمة الكاملة للمبلغ الذي يدفعه صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية طبقا لأحكام هذا الاتفاق.

5. A Member availing itself of a transitional period under paragraphs 1, 2, 3 or 4 shall ensure that any changes in its laws, regulations and practice made during that period do not result in a lesser degree of consistency with the provisions of this Agreement.”
5- يلتزم البلد العضو الذي يستفيد من فترة زمنية انتقالية بموجب أحكام الفقرات 1 و2 و3 و4 بضمان أن لا تسفر أية تغييرات في قوانينه ولوائحه التنظيمية وممارساته يجريها في غضون تلك الفترة عن درجة أقل من الاتساق مع أحكام الاتفاق الحالي.
