3 - تؤكد منغوليا أنه، عملا بقانونها المتعلق بمركزها كدولة خالية من الأسلحة النووية، يُحظَر ارتكاب أو بدء أو المشاركة في الأعمال أو الأنشطة التالية المتعلقة بالأسلحة النووية على أراضي منغوليا:

4.1 An individual, legal person or any foreign State shall be prohibited on the territory of Mongolia from committing, initiating or participating in the following acts or activities relating to nuclear weapons:
4-1 يحظر على أي فرد، أو شخص قانوني، أو أي دولة أجنبية القيام بالأعمال أو الأنشطة التالية المتعلقة بالأسلحة النووية في إقليم منغوليا أو المبادرة بها أو المشاركة فيها:

The General Intelligence Department monitors the entry into or transit through the territory of Mongolia of all foreign citizens, aiming at preventing and restricting the entry and transit of terrorists and other individuals associated with them.
وترصد الإدارة العامة للاستخبارات دخول جميع الموطنين الأجانب إلى إقليم منغوليا أو مرورهم عبره بغية منع وتقييد دخول ومرور الإرهابيين والمنتسبين لهم.

15. There were 4 cases reported regarding forced prostitution of underage persons on the territory of Mongolia last year. 1 case was an organized crime of forced prostitution.

- Article 4.2 of the law prohibits transportation through the territory of Mongolia of nuclear weapons, parts or components thereof, as well as of nuclear wastes or any other nuclear material designed or produced for weapons purposes.

5. In its report, the working group found that Mongolia's endeavours to implement article 4.2 of the Law, which stipulates that " transportation through the territory of Mongolia of nuclear weapons, parts or components thereof, as well as of nuclear waste or any other nuclear material designed or produced for weapons purposes shall be prohibited " , have been hampered by a shortage of trained personnel and the necessary equipment.
