Prior to making the recommendations below, the participants in the thirty-seventh meeting of HONLEA, Asia and the Pacific:

the thirty-seventh meeting of the Implementation Committee will be held immediately before the Eighteenth Meeting of the Parties.

the thirty-seventh meeting of the Implementation Committee under the NonCompliance Procedure for the Montreal Protocol was held at the Vigyan Bhavan conference centre in New Delhi, India, from 25 to 27 and 30 October 2006.

UNIDO has advised the Multilateral Fund Secretariat that it expects to submit the project proposal to the fiftieth meeting of the Executive Committee and that it will assist the Party to prepare a plan of action for submission to the thirty-seventh meeting of the Implementation Committee.
وقد أشارت اليونيدو على أمانة الصندوق المتعدد الأطراف بأنها تتوقع أن تقدم مقترحات المشروع إلى الاجتماع الخمسين للجنة التنفيذية وأنها ستساعد الطرف في إعداد خطة عمل لتقديمها إلى الاجتماع السابع والثلاثين للجنة التنفيذ.

5. To request the Ozone Secretariat to report to the parties, prior to the thirty-seventh meeting of the Open-ended Working Group, any information provided by parties in accordance with paragraph 1 of the present decision;

Given that the thirty-seventh meeting of the Committee would be the last that the Executive Director would attend, members took the floor to express their gratitude for her exemplary work in championing the mission of UN-Habitat and in transforming the organization from a centre into a fully-fledged programme of the United Nations.
