" 2 - يقرر، استجابة لطلب الأمين العام، أن يأذن للقضاة المخصصين بوسا، وأري، ولاتانزي، وموثوغا، وشورت، وهوكبورغ، وحكمت، وكام، وبارك بالعمل في المحكمة الدولية لرواندا لفترات تتجاوز مجموع فترة الخدمة المنصوص عليها في المادة 12 ثالثا من النظام الداخلي، ولغاية 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2008؛

No retirement pension shall be payable to a former member who has been elected or appointed a permanent judge of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia or the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda or who has been appointed to serve in the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia or the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda as an ad litem judge until he or she ceases to hold that office or appointment.
7 - لا يُدفع معاش تقاعدي إلى عضو سابق انتُخب أو عُيّن قاضيا دائما في المحكمة الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة أو في المحكمة الجنائية الدولية لرواندا، أو عُيّن للخدمة في المحكمة الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة أو المحكمة الجنائية الدولية لرواندا كقاض مخصص، إلى أن تنتهي خدمته أو تعيينه.
