1. Invites the Director-General to promote the Model Export Certificate for Cultural Objects and its Explanatory Notes and to recommend to UNESCO member States to consider adopting it as they deem appropriate;
1 - تدعو المدير العام إلى الترويج للشهادة النموذجية لتصدير القطع الثقافية ومذكراتها التفسيرية، وتوصية الدول الأعضاء في اليونسكو بالنظر في اعتمادها حسبما تراه مناسبا؛

3. Invites UNESCO member States to report to the secretariat information concerning the application of the Model Export Certificate for Cultural Objects.
3 - تدعو الدول الأعضاء في اليونسكو إلى إبلاغ الأمانة بالمعلومات المتعلقة بتطبيق الشهادة النموذجية لتصدير القطع الثقافية.

Finally, UNESCO/Cuba Co-Sponsored Fellowships, will start in 2005 and award 16 fellowships for graduate studies in Cuba to UNESCO member States in the Africa region.

The revision was commissioned at the thirty-fourth session of the General Conference of UNESCO member States in November 2007 and was formally adopted by the thirty-sixth General Conference in November 2011.
