(k) In the case of a challenge or appeal under chapter VIII of this Law, a copy of the application for reconsideration or review and the appeal, as applicable, and a copy of all decisions taken in the relevant challenge or appeal proceedings, or both, and the reasons therefor;
(ك) في حال الاعتراض أو الاستئناف بمقتضى أحكام الفصل الثامن من هذا القانون، نسخةً من طلب إعادة النظر أو المراجعة والاستئناف، حسبما يكون مطبقاً، ونسخة من كل القرارات المتخذة في إجراءات الاعتراض أو إجراءات الاستئناف ذات الصلة أو كلتيهما والأسباب التي أدت إلى ذلك؛

The Working Group agreed to revise the definition along the following lines: " `Standstill period'means the period starting when the notice referred to in article 20 (2) is dispatched in accordance with that article, during which the procuring entity cannot accept the successful submission and during which suppliers or contractors can challenge the decision so notified under chapter VIII of this Law. "
128- واتفق الفريق العامل على تنقيح التعريف على النسق التالي: " يُقصَد بتعبير ' فترة التوقُّف` الفترة التي تبدأ عند إرسال الإشعار المشار إليه في المادة 20 (2) وفقاً لأحكام تلك المادة، والتي لا يمكن أثناءها للجهة المشترية أن تقبل العرض الفائز، ويمكن أثناءها للمورِّدين أو المقاولين أن يطعنوا في القرار الذي بُلغوا به على ذلك النحو بمقتضى الفصل الثامن من هذا القانون. "

5. Paragraph (2) regulates the application of the standstill period, defined in article (2)(q) as " the period starting from the dispatch of a notice as required by article 21 (2) of this Law, during which the procuring entity cannot accept the successful submission and during which suppliers or contractors can challenge, under chapter VIII of this Law, the decision so notified " .
5- وتنظِّم الفقرة (2) تطبيق فترة التوقّف المعرّفة في المادة (2) (ف) بأنها " الفترة التي تبدأ من إرسال التبليغ حسبما تقتضيه المادة 21 (2) من هذا القانون، ولا يمكن في أثنائها للجهة المشترية أن تقبل العطاء المقدّم الفائز، ويمكن في أثنائها للمورِّدين أو المقاولين أن يعترضوا، بمقتضى أحكام الفصل الثامن من هذا القانون، على القرار المبلَّغ " .
