In those minutes, ABB's representative made the following statement:

Table 25 above sets out ABB's analysis of the profits it would have earned on the agreement had it run for the full term.

ABB did not provide an estimate of either.

The Panel finds this proof of payment adequate and recommends that compensation be awarded to ABB in this amount.
ويرى الفريق أن هذا الدليل على المبلغ المدفوع دليل كافٍ ويوصي من ثم بمنح آي بي بي تعويضاً بهذا المبلغ.

The Panel's recommendations with respect to the claim of ABB are summarized in table 27 below.
