Great efforts have been made at the international level in the field of disarmament. However, the continued possession of nuclear arsenals by nuclear-weapon States and their development of new types of weapons and delivery systems is a great source of concern.

In paragraph 58 of the report, UNRWA agreed with the Board's recommendation that it update Treasury technical instructions to provide for procedures for the evaluation and addition of new classes of financial instruments to the specified investment categories and to align those procedures to the risk profile of the Agency.
