٢٤ - فيما يخص الإجراءات الجنائية في الأمور التي تنطوي على أطفال ضحايا للعنف، تحث الدول الأعضاء على القيام، عند الاقتضاء ومع مراعاتها صكوك حقوق الإنسان الدولية ذات الصلة، بما يلي:

The Committee notes the information provided by the State party that there are no child victims of the offences prohibited by the Optional Protocol on its territory.
22- تلاحظ اللجنة المعلومات المقدمة من الدولة الطرف ومفادها أنه لا يوجد على أراضيها أطفال ضحايا لجرائم يحظرها البروتوكول الاختياري.

The Committee notes the information provided by the State party that there are no child victims of offences under the Optional Protocol among refugee and asylum-seeking children.
23- تحيط اللجنة علماً بالمعلومات التي قدمتها الدولة الطرف ومؤداها أنه لا يوجد بين الأطفال اللاجئين وملتمسي اللجوء أطفال ضحايا الجرائم المنصوص عليها في البروتوكول الاختياري.

٢٤- فيما يخص الإجراءات الجنائية في الأمور التي تنطوي على أطفال ضحايا للعنف، تُحَثُّ الدولُ الأعضاءُ على القيام، عند الاقتضاء ومع مراعاتها صكوكَ حقوقِ الإنسان الدوليةَ ذاتَ الصلة، بما يلي:
