510. The Committee suggests that the State party consider making the declaration under article 14, paragraph 1, of the Convention recognizing the competence of the Committee to receive and consider communications from individuals or groups of individuals within its jurisdiction claiming to be victims of a violation of any of the rights set forth in the Convention.

187. Concerning article 14 of the Convention, members of the Committee asked whether Poland planned to make a declaration recognizing the competence of the Committee to receive and consider communications from individuals or groups of individuals claiming to be victims of a violation of any right set forth in the Convention.
١٨٧ - وبصدد المادة ١٤ من الاتفاقية، سأل أعضاء اللجنة ما إذا كانت بولندا تنوي إصدار إعلان يعترف باختصاص اللجنة في استلام وبحث رسائل من أفراد أو مجموعات أفراد يدعون أنهم ضحايا انتهاك أي حق وارد في الاتفاقية.
