Between 1212 and 1218 hours on the same day four Israeli warplanes flew north over the sea off the city of Tyre, at a distance of 10 miles from the coast, thus violating Lebanese airspace.

Between 0145 and 0245 hours on 4 March 2004 an Israeli reconnaissance aircraft flew in a north-easterly direction over the sea off Sidon at a distance of 10 miles from the coast and circled over Beirut International Airport, thus violating Lebanese airspace.

Between 1155 and 1210 hours on the same day, four Israeli military aircraft overflew Lebanon, two over the occupied Shab`a Farms, heading north towards the Hirmil area, and the other two over the sea off Jounieh at a distance of 10 miles from the coast, proceeding east as far as Hirmil, then north, all four thus violating Lebanese airspace.

Between 0020 and 0210 hours an Israeli reconnaissance aircraft flew north over the sea off Tyre at an altitude of 26,000 feet and at a distance of 10 miles from the coast, proceeding as far as the Na`imah area, over which it circled, thus violating Lebanese airspace.

Between 0043 and 0420 hours on 12 July 2004 an Israeli reconnaissance aircraft overflew the sea off Damur and circled between Damur, Beirut and Sidon as well as over the sea at a distance of 5 miles from the coast, thus violating Lebanese airspace.

Between 0645 and 0840 hours on the same day an Israeli reconnaissance aircraft flew north-east over the sea off Sidon at a distance of 4 miles from the coast as far as a point west of Na`imah at a distance of 4 miles from the coast, thus violating Lebanese airspace.

Between 1815 and 2215 hours on the same day a reconnaissance aircraft flew over the sea in a northerly direction off Naqurah at a distance of 10 miles from the coast and made a circle between Khaldah and Jounieh at a distance of five miles over the mainland, thus violating Lebanese airspace.

Between 0700 and 1023 hours on 16 July 2004 an Israeli reconnaissance aircraft overflew the sea off Sidon heading in the direction of Beirut; reached a point west of Khaldah at a distance of 4 miles from the coast; headed out over the sea west of Khaldah at a distance of 5 miles from the coast; and circled between Khaldah and Beirut over the sea at a distance of 5 miles from the coast, thus violating Lebanese airspace.
