Although Mr. Ismailov held the meeting with the Russian attaché at his place of work, he was accused of not reporting the Russian agent's interest in these issues.

2.2 Tashkent city court sentenced the alleged victims to death. Mr. Ismailov was sentenced to 20 years' imprisonment.
2-2 وأصدرت محكمة مدينة طشقند الحكم على الضحيتين المزعومتين بالإعدام، وحكمت على السيد إسماعيلوف بالسجن لمدة 20 عاماً.

48. On 2 June 2000, the Government responded to the allegations regarding Mr. Ismailov.

The Government stated that Mr. Ismailov while a member of the Bar Association had founded a private law firm and engaged in entrepreneurial activities.

2.1 On 28 October 2002, Tashkent city court found Mr. Gougnin, Mr. Karimov and a certain Ismailov guilty of planning and carrying out an armed attack in the flat of a certain Chakirov on 8 April 2002 with the aim of stealing money.
2-1 في 28 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2002، أدانت محكمة مدينة طشقند السيد غوغنين والسيد كريموف وشخص يدعى إسماعيلوف بتهمة تخطيط وتنفيذ هجوم مسلح في شقة شخص ما يدعى شاكروف في 8 نيسان/أبريل 2002 بهدف سرقة نقود.

Mr. Mamyrov (Kyrgyzstan) said that inquiries into the circumstances of the death of Mr. Ismailov had been reopened and were ongoing.
31- السيد ماميروف (قيرغيزستان) قال إن التحقيقات بشأن ظروف وفاة السيد إسماعيلوف فُتحت مرة أخرى وهي مستمرة.
