Its objective is to improve the preparation of national communications by Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention.

5- قد تود الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ أن تحيط علماً بالمعلومات الواردة في هذه الوثيقة بغية تقديم التوجيه لتيسير إعداد البلاغات الوطنية المقدمة من الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول.

The COP further, at it seventh session, in decision 31/CP.7, decided that the CGE shall continue to have the objective of improving the preparation of national communications by non-Annex I Parties.
2- وقرر مؤتمر الأطراف كذلك خلال دورته السابعة، بمقتضى مقرره 31/م أ-7 أن يظل هدف فريق الخبراء الاستشاري هو تحسين إعداد البلاغات الوطنية المقدمة من الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول.

It is envisioned that, should the mandate of the CGE be renewed and/or redefined, the group would continue to play a leading role in improving the process of preparation of national communications from non-Annex I Parties.

1. The Conference of the Parties (COP), by decision 5/CP.15, reconstituted the Consultative Group of Experts on National Communications from Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention (CGE) for the period 2010 - 2012 in order to improve the process of, and preparation of, national communications from Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention (non-Annex I Parties).
1- أعاد مؤتمر الأطراف، بموجب مقرره 5/م أ-15، تشكيل فريق الخبراء الاستشاري المعني بالبلاغات الوطنية المقدمة من الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول للاتفاقية للفترة 2010-2012 قصد تحسين عملية إعداد البلاغات الوطنية المقدمة من الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول للاتفاقية.
