2.7 On 31 May 2005, the complainant lodged a new application for a residence permit with the Aliens Appeals Board, arguing that all his statements had been correct and that he had had no knowledge of the inaccuracy of the criminal record before the decision of the Aliens Appeals Board.
2-7 وبتاريخ 31 أيار/مايو 2005، تقدم صاحب الشكوى بطلبٍ جديدٍ إلى مجلس طعون الأجانب للحصول على تصريح إقامة، محتجاً بأن جميع إفاداته كانت صحيحة، وأنه لم يعلم بعدم دقة السجل الجنائي إلا بعد قرار مجلس طعون الأجانب.

The State party refers to UNHCR's Handbook on Procedures and Criteria for Determining Refugee Status and submits that it is for the complainant to support his statements by any available evidence and give a satisfactory explanation for any lack of evidence.

4-11 وتعترض صاحبة البلاغ على ملاحظة الدولة الطرف أنّ ابنها لم يقدّم شكوى لدى المحاكم بشأن التمييز، وتؤكّد أنّه قدم، في إفاداته أمام المحكمة الاجتماعية لكولونيا وأمام المحكمة الاجتماعية الإقليمية في إيسن، ادعاءاته المتعلقة بالتمييز بالتفصيل.

It considers that, due to the limited scope of the author's appeal, the briefness of his submissions and the clear findings of the District Court, the Court of Appeal did not have to provide comprehensive reasons in order to deny leave to appeal regarding count II (c).
