Articles 334 and 335 of the “Bouvenet” Criminal Code punish habitual incitement of a minor to debauchery, recruiting or abducting a minor or a woman and keeping them in a house of debauchery, forcing a woman or young girl into prostitution, keeping a clandestine house of prostitution, serving as an intermediary between persons engaging in prostitution or debauchery, and persons exploiting the prostitution and debauchery of others.
والمادتان 334 و 335 من قانون " بوفونت " للعقوبات لعام 1877 تنصان على معاقبة القيام بصورة اعتيادية بتحريض قاصر على الدعارة أو بإغواء قاصر أو امرأة أو التغرير بها، أو ملكية منزل للدعارة، أو إكراء امرأة أو فتاة على البغاء، أو إدارة منزل سري لأغراض البغاء، أو التوسط بين أشخاص يقومون بالبغاء أو الدعارة وأشخاص يستغلون بغاء أو دعارة الغير.
