45. The COP, by decision 2/CP.16, invited Parties to submit to the secretariat annually views and recommendations on elements to be taken into account in developing guidance to the GEF.

The Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice invited Parties to submit to the secretariat, by 14 December 1998, their views on possible means of promoting the implementation of Article 6, for compilation into a miscellaneous document.
7- ودعت الهيئة الفرعية للمشورة العلمية والتكنولوجية الأطراف إلى أن تقدم إلى الأمانة قبل 14 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1998 آراءها بشأن الوسائل الممكنة لتعزيز تنفيذ المادة 6، لتجميعها في وثيقة شاملة لمسائل متنوعة.

By decision II/4, the Open-ended Working Group invited Parties and others to submit to the secretariat comments and information concerning this issue and established a small intersessional working group with the task of preparing a report to be presented to the Open-ended Working Group at its third session.

Decides that, to ensure that funds are spent on conducting the environmental remediation activities in a transparent and appropriate manner and that the funded projects remain reasonable remediation activities, claimant Governments are directed to submit to the secretariat every six months progress reports concerning the status of the funds received and the environmental remediation projects.
5- يقرِّر ضماناً لإنفاق الأموال على القيام بأنشطة إصلاح البيئة بطريقة شفافة وملائمة وضماناً لأن تبقى المشاريع المموَّلة أنشطة إصلاح معقولة، توجيه الحكومات إلى أن تقدم إلى الأمانة كل ستة أشهر تقارير مرحلية عن وضع الأموال المتلقاة وعن مشاريع إصلاح البيئة.

The CMP, at its second session, also invited interested institutions to submit to the secretariat, by 23 February 2007, their views on how they would operationalize this decision.
24- ودعا مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو، في دورته الثانية، المؤسسات المهتمة بالأمر إلى أن تقدم إلى الأمانة في موعد أقصاه 23 شباط/فبراير 2007 آراءها بشأن كيفية وضع هذا المقرر موضع التنفيذ.
