The Secretariat had also urged the party to make every effort to adopt an alternative during the period of emergency-use exemption and had requested it to submit a framework report in accordance with the normal procedures for essential-use exemptions.

٨ - يحيط علما بالخطوات التي اتخذها اﻷمين العام لبدء التخطيط الاحتياطي ﻹمكانية تعزيز العناصر الحالية لبعثة اﻷمم المتحدة الثانية للتحقق في أنغولا لوزعها في حالة إحراز تقدم كبير في عملية السلم، ويطلب إليه أن يقدم إلى المجلس تقريرا دوريا في هذا الصدد؛

43. In its resolution 23/15, the Human Rights Council decided to extend the mandate of the Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Belarus for a period of one year, and requested the Special Rapporteur to submit a report to the Council at its twenty-sixth session.
