The Working Group took note of the following comments made by the Secretariat on the drafting of certain provisions of the transparency convention:
134- أحاط الفريق العامل علماً بالملاحظات التالية التي أبدتها الأمانة بشأن صياغة بعض أحكام اتفاقية الشفافية:

The deliberations and decisions of the Working Group with respect to this item are reflected in chapter IV. The Secretariat was requested to prepare a revised draft of the transparency convention, based on the deliberations and decisions of the Working Group.
وتَرِدُ في الفصل الرابع مداولاتُ الفريق العامل وقراراتُه بشأن هذا البند. وقد طُلب إلى الأمانة أن تعد صيغة منقَّحة من مشروع اتفاقية الشفافية استناداً إلى تلك المداولات والقرارات.

The Working Group considered three general issues arising in relation to the transparency convention.
