12 - جاء في الفقرة 1 من المادة 6 أنه يجوز لأي طرف يكون بلداً نامياً أو بلداً يمر اقتصاده بمرحلة انتقال تصادفه مشاكل بسبب تركيبة مبيد آفات شديد الخطورة في ظروف استخدامها في أراضيه، أن يقترح على الأمانة إدراج تلك التركيبة لمبيد الآفات شديد الخطورة في المرفق الثالث.

The Conference of the Parties may wish to invite each Party that is a developing country or a country with an economy in transition and that is experiencing problems caused by a severely hazardous pesticide formulation under conditions of use in its territory to propose to the Secretariat the listing of that formulation in Annex III.
17 - قد يرغب مؤتمر الأطراف في أن يدعو كل طرف يكون بلداً نامياً أو بلداً يمر اقتصاده بمرحلة انتقال ويعاني من مشكلات ناتجة عن تركيبات مبيدات آفات شديدة الخطورة في إطار ظروف استخداماتها داخل إقليمه إلى أن يقترح على الأمانة إدراج تلك التركيبة في المرفق الثالث.

(e) In the case of a developing country party or a party with an economy in transition, the party must have requested technical or financial assistance pursuant to article 12 or financial assistance pursuant to article 13 of the Convention in order to phase out as soon as is feasible the production for which the extension is requested.
(ﻫ) وفي حالة كون الطرف بلداً نامياً أو طرفاً يمر اقتصاده بمرحلة انتقال فيجب أن يكون قد طلب المساعدة التقنية أو المالية عملاً بالمادة 12 أو المساعدة المالية عملاً بالمادة 13 من الاتفاقية بغية التخلص تدريجياً بأسرع وقت ممكن من الإنتاج الذي طُلب تمديده.()

(و) قيام الطرف في حالة كونه بلداً نامياً أو بلداً يمر اقتصاده بمرحلة انتقال بطلب مساعدة تقنية عملاً بالمادة 12 من الاتفاقية وذلك من أجل التخلص التدريجي من الاستخدام الذي يطلب التمديد بشأنه في أقرب وقت ممكن عملياً.
