36. Calls upon all the parties to the agreements of 23 March 2009 to fulfil their commitments and accelerate the implementation of all aspects of the agreements, and requests the Mission to assist in this regard by helping with the integration of the armed groups and the establishment of mechanisms for resolving local disputes as foreseen in those agreements;
36 - يهيب بجميع الأطراف في الاتفاقات المبرمة في 23 آذار/مارس 2009 الوفاء بالتزاماتها والإسراع في تنفيذ الاتفاقات بجميع جوانبها، ويطلب إلى البعثة تقديم الدعم في هذا الصدد بالمساعدة على إدماج الجماعات المسلحة وإنشاء آليات لتسوية المنازعات المحلية على النحو المتوخى في تلك الاتفاقات؛

It is important to note that, while the need to ensure the effective implementation of the multilateral environmental agreements cannot be overemphasized, the principle of subsidiarity should apply, and the mandates and roles of various structures, particularly the conferences of the parties to the agreements, should be recognized.
46 - والجدير بالملاحظة أنه، بينما لا يمكن التأكيد أكثر من ذلك على ضرورة ضمان التنفيذ الفعّال للاتفاقات البيئية المتعددة الأطراف، ينبغي تطبيق مبدأ الولاية الاحتياطية، وينبغي الاعتراف بولايات وأدوار الهياكل المختلفة، وخاصة مؤتمرات الأطراف في الاتفاقات.

On the other hand, including environmental issues in trade agreements has (a) raised the profile of such issues; (b) encouraged a broader participation of civil society in the negotiation and implementation of the agreements; (c) made it easier to find funds to finance environment-related activities; and (d) enhanced environmental cooperation among the parties to the agreements.
55- ومن جهة أخرى، أدى إدراج القضايا البيئية في الاتفاقات التجارية إلى حدوث ما يلي: (أ) إبراز مكانة مثل هذه القضايا؛ (ب) تشجيع مشاركة المجتمع المدني بشكل أوسع في عملية التفاوض على هذه الاتفاقات وفي تنفيذها؛ (ج) تيسير الحصول على الأموال اللازمة لتمويل الأنشطة المتصلة بالبيئة؛ (د) تعزيز التعاون البيئي فيما بين الأطراف في الاتفاقات.
