Developing and transition economy countries and their bilateral and multilateral development partners should further integrate their efforts to improve regulatory frameworks for investment with national policies designed to ensure stronger economic growth, address market and institutional weaknesses and enhance local capabilities.
66 - ينبغي للبلدان النامية وبلدان الاقتصاد المارة بمرحلة انتقالية ولشركائها الإنمائيين الثنائيين والمتعددي الأطراف أن يوالوا العمل على تكامل جهودهم الرامية إلى تحسين أطُر العمل المنظمة للاستثمار مع السياسات الوطنية الهادفة إلى ضمان نمو اقتصادي أقوى، ومعالجة حالات ضعف السوق والضعف المؤسسي، وزيادة القدرات المحلية.
