II. Analysis of the commitments made in the Comprehensive Agreement on Human Rights

A. Comprehensive Agreement on Human Rights

It includes summaries of several of the cases examined and the conclusions and recommendations relating to the implementation of the commitments envisaged in the Comprehensive Agreement on Human Rights.

The responsibility of verification of justice system will be under the Human rights and justice section, which will be responsible for verifying compliance with all the commitments made under the Comprehensive Agreement on Human Rights with regard to the administration of justice.

٤٢ - وأضاف قائلا إن الاتفاق الشامل المتعلق بحقوق اﻹنسان قد وفر إطارا للالتزامات التي تعهد بها كل من الاتحاد الثوري الوطني الغواتيمالي والحكومة.
