contributions for 1998 have been paid in full, or in part, by 81 Parties.

Having considered chapter V of the report of the Committee on Contributions on its sixty-seventh session,
وقد نظرت في الفصل الخامس من تقرير لجنة الاشتراكات عن أعمال دورتها السابعة والستين(1)،

If the covered person dies having met the contributory requirements for obtaining a disability or old-age pension, or was already receiving such a pension, eligibility is conditional on having paid contributions for the last 36 months of the past six years.
فإذا توفي المؤمن عليه وكان مستوفيا لشروط الاشتراك للحصول على معاش العجز أو الشيخوخة، أو كان يتقاضى معاشا تقاعديا عند الوفاة، فإنه يشترط سداد الاشتراكات عن آخر 36 شهرا من آخر 6 أعوام.

1. As indicated in document A/54/102/Add.1 of 20 April 2000, the General Assembly will be required, during its current session, to appoint one person to fill the vacant seat in the membership of the Committee on contributions for the period beginning on the date of appointment and expiring on 31 December 2000.
1 - سيكـــون مــــن الضــــروري، كمـــا هو مبين في الوثيقة A/54/102/Add.1 المؤرخة 20 نيسان/أبريل 2000، أن تقوم الجمعية العامة في دورتها الحالية بتعيين أحد الأشخاص لملء الشاغر الذي سينشأ في عضوية لجنة الاشتراكات عن الفترة التي تبدأ من تاريخ التعيين وتنتهي في 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2000.

أي مبالغ من الفائض النقدي قُسّمت ولكن لم يجر إعادتها نظرا لعدم سداد الاشتراك عن الفترة المالية المعنية كليا أو لسداده جزئيا، يحتفظ بها المسجل إلى حين سداد الاشتراكات عن تلك الفترة المالية بالكامل.

Amounts apportioned but not surrendered shall be retained by the Registrar until such time as the contribution for the relevant financial period is paid in full, at which time they shall be applied as set forth above.
ويحتفظ المسجل بالمبالغ المقسمة لحين سداد الاشتراكات عن الفترة المالية ذات الصلة بالكامل لتستخدم آنذاك على النحو المبين أعلاه.

4. Decides that, with effect from 1 January 2001, Parties that have arrears of contributions of one full year or more will not be eligible:
