٨٧- ودعت الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ اﻷطراف الى الاسهام بسخاء في الصندوق الاستئماني من أجل المشاركة في عملية الاتفاقية وأعربت عن اﻷمل في تقديم ما يكفي من التبرعات لتمكين اﻷمانة من تمويل مشاركة وفدين اثنين من كل طرف مؤهل لحضور الدورة الثانية لمؤتمر اﻷطراف على اﻷقل الوفود التي هي من أقل البلدان نمواً والدول النامية الجزرية الصغيرة.

Decision 16/CP.9, paragraph 18, invites Parties to contribute generously to the Trust Fund for Participation in the UNFCCC Process so that at least one participant from all eligible Parties and two participants from eligible least developed countries and small island developing States shall be provided with financial support to participate in the Convention process.
28- وتدعو الفقرة 18 من المقرر 16/م أ-9 الأطراف إلى المساهمة بسخاء في الصندوق الاستئماني للمشاركة في عملية اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة الإطارية بشأن تغير المناخ لتزويد مشارك واحد على الأقل من جميع الأطراف المؤهلة ومشاركين اثنين من البلدان المؤهلة من أقل البلدان نمواً والدول النامية الجزرية الصغيرة بالدعم المالي للمشاركة في عملية الاتفاقية.

Likewise, the economic options available to LDCs and SIDS are often limited to tourism, agriculture and fisheries, all of which are vulnerable to climate change.
21- وبالمثل، فإن الخيارات الاقتصادية المتاحة لأقل البلدان نمواً والدول النامية الجزرية الصغيرة غالباً ما تكون مقصورة على السياحة والزراعة وصيد الأسماك، وكلها قطاعات تتأثر بتغير المناخ.
