To mobilize additional international support measures and action in favour of the least developed countries, and, in this regard to formulate and adopt a renewed partnership between the least developed countries and their development partners.
(د) حشد تدابير وإجراءات دعم دولية إضافية لصالح أقل البلدان نمواً، والقيام، في هذا الصدد، باستحداث واعتماد شراكة متجددة بين أقل البلدان نمواً وشركائها في التنمية.

The mandate for it, laid down in General Assembly resolution 63/227, provided the impetus to bolster partnerships between least developed countries and their development partners in the light of the Programme of Action for the Least Developed Countries for the Decade 2001-2010 and lessons learned.

ويبقى التحدي المتمثل في الحد من الفقر بالتالي هائلاً ويتطلب من أقل البلدان نمواً وشركائها في التنمية مواصلة جهودها.

Implementation of the Programme will also restore confidence and enhance the new form of partnership and cooperation between the LDCs and their development partners.
كما أن من شأن تنفيذ البرنامج أن يعيد الثقة ويعزز الشكل الجديد للشراكة والتعاون بين أقل البلدان نمواً وشركائها في التنمية.
