As far as impact of the United Nations system at the country level is concerned, recipient Governments have not reported comprehensive evaluations of United Nations operational activities, although they are generally agreed that United Nations system operational activities contribute to their development.
٩٠٢ - وبقدر ما يتعلق اﻷمر بتأثير منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة على الصعيد القطري، فإن الحكومات المستفيدة لم تبلغ عن إجراء عمليات تقييم شاملة ﻷنشطة اﻷمم المتحدة التنفيذية، رغم أنها متفقة بوجه عام على أن اﻷنشطة التنفيذية لمنظومة اﻷمم المتحدة تسهم في تنميتها.

٦٦ - وقد ضمﱠنت الجمعية العامة قراريها ٤٧/١٩٩ و ٥٠/١٢٠ توجيهات لتحسين تنسيق اﻷنشطة التنفيذية لمنظومة اﻷمم المتحدة، وتحسين إدماجها في عملية التنمية الوطنية، باستعمال إطار استراتيجي للبرمجة، وبتحقيق المنظومة مزيدا من الترابط استجابة لﻷهداف واﻷولويات الوطنية.

The Assembly decided that (a) capacity-building should remain an essential part of the United Nations system operational activities; (b) those activities should be integrated into and should support national effort; and (c) the United Nations system should continue to work on promoting a common understanding and operationalization of the concept, including its sustainability.
فقد قررت الجمعية ما يلي: )أ( ينبغي أن يظل بناء القدرات جزءا أساسيا من اﻷنشطة التنفيذية لمنظومة اﻷمم المتحدة؛ )ب( ينبغي أن تُدمج هذه الأنشطة في الجهود الوطنية وأن تدعمها؛ )ج( ينبغي لمنظومة اﻷمم المتحدة مواصلة العمل من أجل إيجاد تفهم مشترك لهذا المفهوم ووضعه موضع التنفيذ، بما في ذلك استدامته.

33. United Nations system operational activities involving international personnel in outlying areas increased significantly during the reporting period, particularly in southern Lebanon in the areas of humanitarian assistance, emergency rehabilitation, environmental health and agriculture, and in the Bekaa in the areas of integrated area development, drug control enforcement, environmental health and agriculture.
٣٣ - وقد ازدادت اﻷنشطة التنفيذية لمنظومة اﻷمم المتحدة التي يشارك فيها موظفون دوليون في المناطق المتباعدة ازديادا كبيرا خلال الفترة المستعرضة، ولاسيما جنوب لبنان فيما يتعلق بتقديم المساعدة الانسانية، واﻹنعاش في حالات الطوارئ، والصحة البيئية، والزراعة في البقاع بالنسبة للتنمية المتكاملة للمناطق، وإنفاذ مكافحة المخدرات، والصحة البيئية والزراعة.
