In conclusion, the Special Rapporteur recognizes very important recent progress, with the adoption of a new law and policy for food and nutritional security and special measures to address hunger, and makes a series of recommendations to the Government on how to improve the realization of the right to food.

JS6 indicates that in 2005 an Inter-Agency Commission on Human Rights was set up to implement the recommendations of international bodies and mechanisms and has a mandate to, inter alia, promote legislative harmonization, follow up on precautionary measures issued by the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights and make recommendations to the Government.
