In response to my letter of 31 May, the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs of Kuwait, in a letter dated 3 June 2002, informed me that the Government of Kuwait agreed with my proposal for the re-establishment of the mechanism referred to above, and that Kuwait welcomed the efforts made by the League of Arab States.
30 - وردا على رسالتي المؤرخة 31 أيار/مايو، أبلغني رئيس الوزراء بالنيابة ووزير خارجية الكويت في رسالة مؤرخة 3 حزيران/يونية 2002 أن حكومة الكويت وافقت على اقتراحي المتعلق بإعادة إنشاء الآلية المشار إليها أعلاه وأن الكويت ترحب بالجهود التي تبذلها جامعة الدول العربية.
