2- وبعد توقف أعمال القتال الفعلية، يقوم في أقرب وقت ممكن كل طرف من الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية يكون طرفاً في صراع مسلح بوضع علامات لتحديد المتفجرات من مخلفات الحرب في الأقاليم المتأثرة بها التي تخضع لسيطرته ويزيل تلك المتفجرات أو يتخلص منها أو يدمرها.

2- وبعد توقف أعمال القتال الفعلية، يقوم في أقرب وقت ممكن كل طرف من الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية يكون طرفاً في نزاع مسلح بوضع علامات لتحديد المتفجرات من مخلفات الحرب في الأقاليم المتأثرة بها التي تخضع لسيطرته ويزيل تلك المتفجرات أو يتخلص منها أو يدمرها.

Facilitate and protect, as far as feasible, humanitarian organizations or missions authorized by the High Contracting Party or Party to a conflict, to operate on territory under its control.
(أ) تسهيل وتوفير الحماية، قدر المستطاع من الناحية العملية، للمنظمات أو البعثات الإنسانية المخولة من جانب الطرف المتعاقد السامي أو الطرف في أحد الصراعات، بالعمل على الأرض التي تخضع لسيطرته.
