Such actions and measures have impeded efforts to improve the situation on the ground and ameliorate the humanitarian crisis being faced by the Palestinian people.
وقد أعاقت هذه الأعمال والتدابير الجهود الرامية إلى تحسين الحالة على الأرض والتخفيف من حدة الأزمة الإنسانية التي يواجهها الشعب الفلسطيني.

Indeed, those illegal policies and practices have exacerbated the tense situation on the ground and deepened the humanitarian crises being faced by the Palestinian people.
وفي الواقع فإن هذه السياسات والممارسات اللاقانونية زادت من حدة التوتر في الميدان وفاقمت الأزمة الإنسانية التي يواجهها الشعب الفلسطيني.
