With any other cross-border transfer, the competent customs and border control authorities shall ensure that the necessary import, export or transit authorization and freight documents have been issued when the relevant goods cross the border.

In that regard, we reaffirm the high priority that our countries attach to the promotion of regional and subregional integration and cooperation, including the development and implementation of regional transport and infrastructure projects, regional trade and transport agreements, the harmonization of customs and border procedures and rules of origin at the regional level;

It had developed a national policy on firearms trafficking, which prohibited such trafficking between States, increased the penalties for illegal possession of firearms, strengthened the powers of the law enforcement agencies to detect and prosecute firearms traffickers, improved customs and border controls aimed at detecting handguns and enhanced the monitoring of firearms vendors.
وقد طوّرت سياسة وطنية تتعلق بتجارة الأسلحة النارية، وهي تحظر مثل هذه التجارة بين الدول، وزادت من العقوبات على حيازة الأسلحة النارية غير المشروعة وعززت سلطات الوكالات الحكومية المنفِذة للقانون لتتمكن من تتبع ومعاقبة مهربي الأسلحة النارية، وحسَّنت الضوابط الجمركية والحدودية التي تستهدف تتبع البنادق وعززت الرقابة على بائعي الأسلحة النارية.

Under the legislation governing police investigations and customs and border controls, and under bilateral agreements and international treaties, if the competent State agencies have police information about possible attempts to export prohibited cargo from the Republic of Belarus by smuggling and other criminal means, they must promptly notify the relevant agencies of other States.
