157. In case No. 1449/2006 (Umarov v. Uzbekistan), the author claimed that her husband was kept in a temporary holding cell for 15 days in violation of the domestic criminal Rules of Procedure, which require transfer from such a cell within a period of 72 hours.
157- وفي القضية رقم 1449/2006 (عُمروف ضد أوزبكستان)، ادعت صاحبة البلاغ أن زوجها احتُجز في زنزانة احتجازاً مؤقتاً لمدة 15 يوماً وهو ما يشكل انتهاكاً لقانون الإجراءات الجنائية المحلي الذي يقتضي نقل الموقوف من زنزانة الاحتجاز المؤقت في غضون 72 ساعة.

3.5 The author claims a violation of article 9, paragraph 1, of the Covenant, for arbitrary detention since her husband was held in a temporary holding cell for 19 days in violation of the domestic criminal Rules of Procedure, which requires transfer from a temporary holding cell within a period of 72 hours.
3-5 وتدّعي صاحبة البلاغ وقوع انتهاك للفقرة 1 من المادة 9 من العهد، بسبب الاحتجاز التعسفي لأن زوجها ظل في زنزانة احتجاز مؤقت لمدة 19 يوماً بالمخالفة لقانون الإجراءات الجنائية المحلي الذي يقتضي نقله من زنزانة الاحتجاز المؤقت في غضون 72 ساعة.

8.4 The author has also claimed a violation of article 9, paragraph 1, of the Covenant, regarding the arbitrary detention of her husband, since he was kept in a temporary holding cell for 15 days in violation of the domestic criminal Rules of Procedure, which require transfer from a temporary holding cell within a period of 72 hours.
8-4 وادعت أيضاً صاحبة البلاغ وقوع انتهاك للفقرة 1 من المادة 9 من العهد، فيما يتصل بالاحتجاز التعسفي لزوجها لأنه ظل في زنزانة احتجاز مؤقت 15 عشر يوماً بالمخالفة لقانون الإجراءات الجنائية المحلي الذي يقضي نقله من زنزانة الاحتجاز المؤقت في غضون 72 ساعة.

5.3 The author submits that on 17 and 23 March 2001, he had filed complaints to the Prosecutor's Office that he had been submitted to physical and psychological violence by the criminal investigators and that the above complaints were never considered on their merits, in violation of the domestic criminal Procedure Code.
