The Russian Federation recently adopted an act which aims at increasing the Social Protection of Persons with disabilities.
وسن الاتحاد الروسي مؤخرا قانونا يهدف إلى تعزيز الحماية الاجتماعية للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة.

56. A legal framework that offers social protection to people living with disabilities is in place.
56- ثمة إطار قانوني يوفر الحماية الاجتماعية للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة.

In accordance with articles 36 and 37 of the Act on Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities in Ukraine, medical care for persons with disabilities is provided in the form of medicines, technical equipment and other supplies and medical rehabilitation services.
250- وتنص المادتان 36 و37 من قانون أوكرانيا " بشأن توفير الحماية الاجتماعية للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة " على أن تتاح خدمات الرعاية الطبية للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة من خلال توفير العقاقير الطبية والمعدات التقنية وغير التقنية اللازمة، ومن خلال توفير الخدمات الطبية لإعادة التأهيل كذلك.

10. Enhancing social protection for people affected by HIV
